RSB has its head office in Frankfurt and employs freelancers (counselors) on location. In the Frankfurt head office RSB develops its services, plans and organises marketing and sales activities, co-ordinates recruiting, training and deployment of counselors in various locations, and oversees the processing of service orders as well as the keeping of strict quality standards.

Client orders are accepted in our headquarters, where a consultant or a team of consultants is responsible for a particular client. Thus, our clients always have the same contact partners. The consultants maintain contact with them, inform them about the development of the individual relocation process, they are available for inquiries and make sure that the processes run smoothly.

The counselors deliver our services locally. They have comprehensive knowledge of the local areas and markets as well as knowledge of the requirements of people in a transitory situation. Many of them have international experience themselves. Reliability, attentiveness to assignee’s needs and high communication skills are indispensable characteristics of our counselors. In combination these skills guarantee efficient assistance for assignees and their families.
