The focus is on fundamental differences in attitudes and approaches, whether in work style, commitment to quality or timeliness, of hierarchy, feedback and negotiation methods. When transferring families it also covers special features in the home environment, school system and “culture shock”. With many real life examples and neat models Culture Options supports deliberate and targeted integration of the participants in their new context and living environment.
