EuRA Quality Seal

RSB is a member of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and is bound by their ethics and rules of conduct. The stated aim of EuRA is to spread knowledge and understanding of the issues surrounding employee mobility. Further, EuRA enhances industry performance standards by communication and education.

The European Relocation Association EuRA – in collaboration with KMS Consult and in line with the international standard ISO 2001 – has developed standards and regulations for quality assurance in the relocation industry. It is the world’s first quality assurance system for the industry. It was presented to the DQS (German Society for Quality Certification of Management Systems), which is now in charge of certifying relocation service providers according to these standards. Whilst it is named EuRA Quality Seal, it is provided totally independent from EuRA.

This quality seal provides companies with maximum safety when choosing a provider of relocation services. Customers around the world can now rely on this important reference tool. Helmut Berg, managing director of RSB Germany and co-founder of EuRA, has substantially fuelled the development of the EuRA Quality Seal. RSB has gone through an extensive certification process with DQS and checked that its processes are consistent, structured and documented.

Quality surveys of customers are an integral part of this process, as well as training for the staff, reviewing the quality of partners and freelancers, and strict observance of standard procedures – to mention only a few fields of the review.

The certification is a distinction for long-standing service quality at RSB and also a challenge because it is reviewed every two years and awarded again. Thus, business processes and results will have to be qualitatively and quantitatively presented to DQS on a regular basis in the future. And also the standards of the EuRA Quality Seal will be developed further in annual meetings. What was very good yesterday is perhaps only good today. Only the highest quality level meets the requirements of the customers and allows reasonable and yet competitive fees.

RSB was certified in April 2008 with the new EuRA Quality Seal of the European Relocation Association and the certification was renewed in April 2010.
