Essential for first-class service is an adequate and transparent remuneration structure allowing for economic success. On a profitable level of business only we will be able to fulfil our obligations towards our staff, our clients, shareholders and suppliers. Remuneration by our customers is our only source of income. On this basis, which affords RSB the highest possible neutrality and independence from other sources, our course and rules of action are founded. Deciding in favour of RSB Relocation Services will assure you of the following binding principles:

  1. RSB will only accept service authorisations that can reasonably be expected to be finalised. One decisive factor for the success of a service project is a relationship of confidence among the parties involved. It is a prerequisite that we receive from our customers and their staff all the information necessary for the handling of an assignment.
  2. RSB will adhere strictly to previously agreed expense limits.
  3. RSB, our head office staff and our counsellors will never act as real estate agents in the line of duties towards our customers. This way we can assure our customers of an independent and neutral access to the entire housing market.
  4. RSB declares not to accept commissions or any kind of re-compensation by agents or other parties involved in the handling of assignments for our customers. Herewith we preclude that our customers indirectly pay higher costs to third parties.
