The Relocation Services provided by RSB Deutschland are a very effective HR tool for all companies who want their employees to change residence for business reasons. Please find below a list of all programs provided by RSB. Each program can be ordered separately or combined as needed.

HomeSearch

Searching for a new property in an unfamiliar market can be difficult and sometimes frustrating. RSB HomeSearch programs assure the transferee of finding a suitable home as quickly and easily as possible.

Settling-In Support

 Since managing the necessary bureaucratic requirements for an international transfer can be difficult and time consuming, RSB handles the necessary registrations and application procedures for the necessary permits. We further assist employees and their families during the initial integration period, f. ex. with school orientation, assistance with opening a bank account, concluding insurances etc.

Immigration Services

RSB supports HR departments with the preparation of visa application procedures and the preparation of company letters to obtain work and residence permits. All communication with the authorities will be coordinated at our headquarters. RSB conducts necessary research  and manages the entire application process; however, RSB is not entitled to issue legally binding information.

School Search

RSB explains the German school system as well as the current local school situation. Upon request, international schools or schools for specific situations are sought and registration options are discussed with parents in advance. The service includes both the coordination of appointments and the monitoring of conversations during the school visits.

ReloMove

Finding a suitable home and organizing the move must often be organized at the same time. In close cooperation with the moving company, RSB can also coordinate this part of the relocation process. Thus, the client has one contact partner from the first cost estimate until the final invoice.

Settling-Out Support

After the completion of an assignment, services can be provided to assist the family with the necessary procedures involved within an international move out of the host country. Administrative Settling-Out Support provides the necessary assistance for all documentation, furniture removal, consolidation of local accounts and lease termination.

HomeSale

The sale of a house due to a job-related relocation usually involves time constraints, financing issues, on-going administration and family related concerns. In order to support the employee during this challenging time, RSB can manage the entire HomeSale process through a notarized power of attorney. This includes assessing property value and final sale.

HomeManagement

Property management is relevant when the relocating employee intends to return to his original location. Adhering to the client company guidelines, RSB assures that only qualified tenants live in the managed property – if so desired – and manages all property related issues during the length of the transferring employee’s assignment.

HomeComparison

A change of location often results in a steep increase in relative housing costs which is usually absorbed by the client company. In order to create a fair environment for all parties, RSB will prepare comprehensive and comparative evaluations on similar properties within a different region or for specific key residential areas. (This service is only available within Germany.)

GroupMove

RSB serves as a consultant and partner in preparing, planning, operating and controlling the relocation process of whole companies or departments. In preparation of the move RSB advises the company regarding company policies, provides information about the place of destination and offers individual or group orientation tours for employees and their partners. RSB manages the respective relocation services, such as housing, settling-in and immigration procedures and monitors these processes.

Combi-Service

 This is a new concept to support employees from abroad who transfer to Germany. The extend of services is the same, however, the contents differ. Apart from the standard relocation services the employee can choose those services most interesting and important to him, for which he has a fix amount of hours available.

BudgetManagement

Various costs incur when expatriates transfer to Germany: travel expenses, security deposits, furniture, tuition fees, major appliances etc. RSB offers the following: the client transfers money to a separate account with our bank and we process all individual payments according to the client’s policy. At the end of each month we provide a detailed budgetary report for each employee.

DataManagement

Staying in Germany for longer involves a lot of bureaucracy, all of which must be completed punctually and correctly. RSB takes over the deadline-management for residence and work permits, rental contract terminations etc., if authorised. The client is informed well in advance of upcoming dates and necessary procedures are outlined as well as carried out.

Online Reporting

Via the Internet, our clients receive access to all relevant data of current transfers. The individually important data for the client can be filtered according to own specifications and can be accessed in protected mode using a password. Reports on ongoing or completed orders can be exported to file.

Review of utility-cost statement

RSB reviews the operating costs for private housing bills regarding plausibility, transparency and accounting accuracy. The tenant receives an analysis and recommendation. If desired, RSB offers to take over further negotiations with the landlord on an hourly basis.

LeaseManagement

Sometimes the problems with a lease contract start after the contract is signed. RSB takes care of the entire process revolving around the lease contract. We help to negotiate the contract, we assist with the move-out and we are also the contact person for both landlord and transferee/tenant during the course of the lease period in order to support the HR-department of matters relating to lease contracts.

Intercultural Consulting

Intercultural programs are designed to prepare employees and their families for the life and work in a new culture and include information on its history, geography, economic and political systems, social structure and religion. Through a cooperation partner RSB offers these intensive programs which include follow-up seminars to strengthen the information and tools assimilated during the primary program. These courses are also available for executives in Human Respources and can include intercultural assessments.

Furniture Lease

RSB offers the opportunity to lease furniture for your home through our co-operation partner. The furniture includes electronic and audio/video appliances, dishes and kitchen fittings. It is delivered, installed and also de-installed and removed at move-out.

OfficeSearch

The search for suitable office space can be time and cost consuming. Based on client specifications, RSB will assist with the pre-selection and coordinate the presentation of suitable office space. Asistance with the conclusion of a lease agreement rounds off this service.
