Outbound Services

RSB is a member of the Global Network which offers standardised services in 100 countries all over the globe. The services offered by each member were combined in the „Modular Product Line“. Please find a detailed description below. The services are standardised but the fees vary from country to country, according to the respective local cost situation. Fees are available on request. Additionally, individual proposals can be customised.

Orientation / Look-See Program (1 or 2 days / 8 or 16 hours)

  • Pre-move familiarization of assignee (& partner) with living conditions, residential areas, schooling, obtaining goods and services, recreation and leisure opportunities
  • Itinerary is drawn up on the basis of the assignee check-list
  • Welcome/ Orientation package
  • Preview of representative communities and housing

The orientation can take place some time before the transfer and contribute to the decision process of the transferee. It can equally take place before starting the homesearch, when the employee has already started his new job.

HomeSearch (up to 3 days / up to 24 hours “face-to-face”)

  • Itinerary based on needs analysis
  • Welcome/ Orientation package
  • General overview of area and map orientation
  • Residential areas familiarization
  • Arrangements for visits to schools
  • Viewing of pre-screened/pre-selected properties
  • Facilitation of the lease process – through RSB headoffice
  • Arrange for utilities, telephone connection or transfer
  • Inventory inspection (walk-through-protocol)

General Settling-In Program (2 days / 16 hours)

Post-move assistance of assignee (& partner) such as:

  • Local authorities / registration at the place of residence
  • School appointments / information / registration
  • Drivers license /car registration
  • Shopping fundamentals (grocery, appliances, furniture stores)
  • Medical facility options
  • Network into international community (clubs, organisations)
  • Language school referral
  • Recreation / leisure options
  • Other services upon request

Total Support Program (6 days)

Although every component can be ordered separately, the complete service package called “Total support program” is often ordered. It is the most effective program for the transferee and his/her family as well as for the company.

  • Accompanied Orientation / Look-See program (1 day) Detailed information pack (either pre-move or as a part of the Homefinding module)
